Refund policy

Every order is built after you place it — we cut, coat and assemble each item to your specifications once we see your order. Nothing sits on a shelf waiting.

30-day returns

If an item isn't right for you, contact us within 30 days to arrange a return. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and items need to arrive undamaged to be refunded. Many of our items are long and awkward to ship, so they need to be packed properly for the trip back.

Personalized items can't be returned

Anything made with a name or custom text is made for one person and can't be resold.

If something's wrong, we'll make it right

Damaged in transit, missing pieces, wrong color, not what you ordered — email us before sending anything back so we can look into it. We'll work out the right fix with you, whether that's a replacement, a repair or a refund. We've been doing this for years and we don't let people walk away unhappy.
