Shipping policy

Where we ship

The continental United States — the lower 48 plus Washington, D.C. We aren't able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or APO/FPO addresses. Our products are long and light, which is the worst possible combination for air freight, and the shipping would cost more than the item.

A note on PO boxes

We ship UPS, which doesn't deliver to PO boxes. If you enter one, we'll email you for a street address before your order goes out. For smaller items we can sometimes send USPS instead — just ask.

How fast we build

Every order is made after you place it. Most orders ship within one business day.

How it gets there

UPS Ground from our shop in Nacogdoches, Texas. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as the label prints.

What shipping costs

  • Orders $50 and over: free
  • Orders under $50: $9.95 flat

How it's packed

Everything ships in a protective box sized to the length you ordered, so nothing arrives bent.

If something goes wrong in transit

Damaged box, missing package, tracking that stops moving — email mary@wildandfreefarmhouse.com. The sooner we know, the easier it is to fix.

Address accuracy

We ship to the address you enter at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away — we can usually catch it before the label prints, but not after.
