Using this site

By placing an order you confirm you're at least 18, or that you have a parent or guardian's permission.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is mispriced, if we can't verify your billing information, or if we can't build what was ordered. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

Pricing

Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. We do our best to keep everything accurate, but if an obvious error slips through, we'll contact you before charging you.

Made-to-order items

Everything is built after you order. Handmade goods vary slightly from piece to piece, and screen colors don't perfectly match powder coat. Small variation is normal and isn't a defect.

Covered by our Returns & Our Promise policy, which is part of these terms.

Product use

Our products mount to walls using the included hardware or adhesive strips. You're responsible for installing them safely and for knowing what's behind your wall before you drill.

Intellectual property

The designs, photos, and text on this site belong to Tyler Manufacturing LLC. Please don't reproduce them commercially without asking.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies.
